2-オキソグルタル酸シンターゼ（2-oxoglutarate synthase）は、クエン酸回路を構成する酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は2-オキソグルタル酸と補酵素Aと酸化型フェレドキシン、生成物はスクシニルCoAと二酸化炭素と還元型フェレドキシンとH である。

組織名は2-oxoglutarate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase (decarboxylating)で、別名に2-ketoglutarate ferredoxin oxidoreductase, 2-oxoglutarate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase, KGOR, 2-oxoglutarate ferredoxin oxidoreductase, 2-oxoglutarate:ferredoxin 2-oxidoreductase (CoA-succinylating)がある。
